Admission Requirements
- Ecclesiastical Endorsement: A mandatory requirement for all applicants; you must meet with local LDS leaders (or your own religious leader if non-LDS) to commit to the BYU Honor Code.
- GPA: Mid-50% range is 3.86–4.00.
- Test-Optional: BYU is currently test-optional for the 2025 and 2026 cycles. If submitted, mid-50% scores are typically 1300–1430 (SAT) or 28–32 (ACT).
- Seminary: LDS students are strongly encouraged to complete four years of religious seminary during high school.
- Holistic Review: Emphasis on "Spiritually Strengthening," "Intellectually Enlarging," and "Character Building."
