Graduate Certificate Technical Systems Analysis
- A Technical Systems Analyst plays a critical role in the facilitation of software/system development for the purpose of collecting data. You’ll communicate with clients and/or counterparts to define an application problem and then evaluate procedures and processes to find a solution, either by determining specifications or developing new systems.
- This one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program will provide a solid foundation in information technology supplemented by critical skills including:
- application software development;
- business data analysis and modelling;
- customer engagement/communications management;
- business process and enterprise resource planning.

Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants have a two or three year College Diploma, or a Degree equivalent preferably in Information Technology.
- An acceptable combination of related work experience and post-secondary education as judged by the College.
- A Grade 12 College Stream or University Stream English credit from an Ontario Secondary School, or equivalent.
- Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission in this program.
