Advanced Diploma Marketing – Business Administration
- An understanding of how consumers behave, together with research data and knowing how to capitalize on the latest digital trends, ensures that organizations can sell their products and services and is key to a successful business.
- Durham College prepares students for their start in an exciting career where they can help businesses grow and succeed. Here students will have hands-on learning of the latest digital technology as marketing trends demand new ways to reach customers.
- Students will be able to boost their resumé with marketing projects completed for real industry clients, and students will have the opportunity to participate in simulations, marketing-oriented events and competitions, all of which will add to their industry network and experience to help them get that first marketing job.
- Students will have two options to gain work experience and will either complete a field placement or a co-operative education (co-op) experience.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students required an Ontario Secondary Diploma (OSSD) or an OSSD Equivalency.
- If students do not have an OSSD but are 19 years of age or older, they may be eligible to apply as a mature applicant.
- English Grade 12 C or U, or equivalent.
- Mathematics Grade 11 M or U or 12 C, or U, or equivalent.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL and PTE to get admission in this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Secured a minimum of 70% marks in one of these certificates: All India Senior School Certificate, Higher Secondary School Certificate, Intermediate Certificate, Indian School Certificate.
- Completed grade 11 and grade 12 with 70% marks.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
