Master of Science [M.S] Mechanical Engineering
Students will have the option of specializing in one of two broad concentrations: thermal systems or mechanical systems.
No matter which field you chose, you will receive instruction and guidance in effective learning environments, using an intuitive curriculum. You will also be able to identify, formulate, and solve advanced problems, and gain the techniques, skills, and modern analytical and software tools necessary to thrive in mechanical engineering.

Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
- Or, demonstrate adequate experience as a professional software developer or programmer, whose academic and professional record suggests the likelihood of success in a demanding graduate program.
- Applicants with an undergraduate degree in an area other than software engineering, computer science, or the equivalent, may need to take the following bridge courses to develop the required background for the program: SWEG 5357 and SWEG 5407.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed a 4-year bachelors degree from a recognized institution
- Or, completed a 3-year UG degree from an accredited institution
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
