The mission of the Educational Leadership program is to prepare future school leaders to be visionary and culturally astute educators, pedagogically skilled practitioners who can improve student achievement, efficient managers of their organization, community collaborators who advocate for all children, and consistently demonstrate high ethical standards in all aspects of the Principalship.
