This allows qualified residents from other New England states to enroll in the real estate program at reduced tuition since the major is not offered at other state universities in the region.

Academic Eligibility:
- Official high school transcripts including students’ senior classes, class rank (if applicable), and latest grades earned.
- UConn requires official SAT or ACT scores.
- SAT scores are made optional beginning with students applying for Spring 2021 entry and continuing through the next two admissions cycles.
- International applicants whose primary language is not English are required to submit TOEFL or IELTS scores.
