Master of Science [M.S] Pharmacology
The Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology offers graduate programs leading to the degrees of Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacology. All MSc and PhD students are expected to undertake self-directed study and to demonstrate proficiency in pharmacological principles throughout the course of their graduate program. Faculty conduct research in the following areas:
- biochemical and molecular pharmacology
- cardiovascular pharmacology
- clinical pharmacology
- drug addiction
- drug metabolism, distribution, and pharmacokinetics
- endocrine pharmacology, etc

Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants should have completed a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a final-year average of at least a B+ grade.
- Applicants are normally required to have taken courses in physiology, biochemistry, or applied sciences sufficient to form a foundation for their work in pharmacology.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL and GRE to get admission in this program.
