Master of Science [M.S] Strategic Human Resource Management
Through the SHRM graduate program, students will:
- Examine and understand the needs of global organizations
- Learn to manage people and processes within rapidly changing business, regulatory, and social landscapes
- Study a range of topics including performance management, talent management, HR analytics, HR law, and diversity and inclusion
- Use metrics and finance to develop critical thinking and creatively tackle diverse challenges

Academic Eligibility:
- Students should have a bachelor's degree in related fields from a recognized university.
- A GRE/GMAT exam is not required, however, exam scores may optionally be submitted in support of the application.
Indian Eligibility:
- A minimum Bachelor’s grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- An Official English Language Proficiency examination such as TOEFL, or IELTS is required for all non-native English speakers.
