Bachelor of Science [B.S] Anthropology
- The Department of Anthropology at SMU is one of the oldest departments on campus with a nationally-ranked program and a distinguished faculty, among whom three have been members of the National Academy of Sciences.
- Department also have dynamic graduate programs in which students benefit from close research collaborations with faculty. The Department of Anthropology offers a Master's Degree Program in Applied Medical Anthropology, and Doctoral Programs in Anthropology with specializations in Archaeology or Cultural Anthropology.
- Within Cultural Anthropology, graduate students can focus on either Medical Anthropology or Globalization and Development.
