Bachelor of Science [B.S] Management
Lerner College management courses emphasize skills like strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, team building, ethical leadership, and international management.
Through this curriculum, students will master critical areas at the individual level, like organizational behavior, human resources, negotiation, and conflict resolution, as well as organization-level topics, such as strategy and organizational design.
In addition to these management essentials, they will choose major course electives to complete their curriculum. These electives will provide them with a deeper understanding of the organizational topics that interest them the most.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have an official secondary school transcript to get admission.
- Students required to maintain at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
Language Requirments:
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS or TOEFL scores.
- Students are required to submit an SAT or ACT score to be considered for admission.
International students who currently or will hold a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction, do not need to submit a TOEFL or IELTS score report.
