Bachelor of Social Work [B.S.W]
- Carleton’s Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) is a four-year Honours degree that places strong emphasis on the interactions between people and their environments.
- The BSW program combines a liberal arts education with professional social work education. In their first year, they will take a range of courses outside of social work and two social work courses that will introduce them to the profession of social work and the programs and policies of the state.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students will need a secondary school or high school graduation certificate with a minimum of 12 years of study.
- Students must have transcripts from their senior high school along with their graduation diploma or certificate, and any graduation exam results.
- If English is not the students’ first language then they must provide proof of English competency.
