Organizational Behavior focuses on human behavior in work settings with an emphasis on explaining, predicting, and influencing behavior in organizations. Human Resource Management emphasizes human capital acquisition, development, and deployment including the design and implementation of staffing, compensation, training and development, and performance management systems.
