Doctor of Philosophy [Ph.D] Marketing
- The Doctor of Philosophy in Marketing at the University of California is a 5 years program.
- It is an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis.
- The marketing program offers two broads areas of research: consumer behavior and marketing science.
- The program includes a series of marketing PhD seminars, the development of expertise in a particular social science discipline (economics and/or psychology), and technical skill appropriate to the analysis of the problems to be studied.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must complete a master's degree from an accredited institution.
- Students have a high level of scholarly ability, involving both quantitative and qualitative skills
- Students have enough undergraduate training to do graduate work in their chosen field.
- The submission of GRE and GMAT scores is compulsory for this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
