- Years 1 and 2 follow the core Engineering program. A substantial part of the work in the first and second year is made up of core classes common to all engineering disciplines.
- students will apply to their preferred discipline in the winter term of the first year and the elective classes taken in the second year will depend on student's selected discipline.
- The program comprised of approximately 95 faculty members and 45 staff members.
- The professors provide students with real-world experience through participation in faculty research projects.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a GPA of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale.
- Students must have completed their following Grade 12 subjects with a minimum overall average of 70%.
