Master of Science [M.S] Biostatistics
The program prepares students to function as collaborators on research projects in academia, industry, or government, and prepares students for doctoral programs. The MA candidate must satisfactorily pass two comprehensive written examinations upon completion of coursework. These will require proficiency in the material covered in the six core courses. Students are allowed two attempts to pass a qualifying exam. The Biostatistics Qualifying Exam Committee will evaluate requests by students to take an exam for the third time on a case-by-case basis.

Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants to master’s degree and graduate certificate programs must have earned a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution (or the international equivalent) prior to enrollment.
- Students required an average grade of 3.0. (83 to 86% or B grade)
Language Requirments:
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS or TOEFL scores.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students required a Higher Secondary Certificate/ISC (State board exams may also be considered for admission) and a four-year bachelor’s degree.
