Certificate Health Care Aide
Northern Lakes College's Health Care Aide Program will prepare students for their career as a vital member of the health care team. Health Care Aides assist professional nurses in providing care to clients of all ages. They may work in acute care, continuing care, long-term care, home care, and assisted living settings. University Health Care Aide Program follows the 2010 Government of Alberta provincial curriculum and includes both theory and practical experiences. This program is accessible, flexible, and delivered in an manner to support each student's individual success.
