Master of Science [M.S] Cognitive Science of Language
Based in the Department of Linguistics and Languages, the M.Sc. program in the Cognitive Science of Language is interdisciplinary and includes faculty from Humanities, Science, and Health Sciences. The program has a strong research orientation with expertise in cognitive science, corpus linguistics, neurolinguistics, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, and theoretical linguistics.

- The majority of graduate programs at McMaster University require the holding of an Honours bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least a B+ average (equivalent to a McMaster 8.5 GPA out of 12) in the final year in all courses in the discipline, or relating to the discipline, in which the applicant proposes to do graduate work.
