Master Clinical Service Operations

  • The Master in Clinical Service Operations (M.C.S.O.) program provides physicians, clinicians, nurses, allied health professionals and administrators with the operations management training they need to lead teams, optimize efficiency and improve the patient experience.
  • Designed with working professionals in mind, M.C.S.O. is an intensive, 36-credit program that can be completed in nine months with the full-time option or in two years with the part-time option. The program features pathways in clinical service, industry operations and executive leadership.
  • Through a blend of traditional teaching methods and novel learning approaches, the program incorporates innovative case studies, hands-on simulations and a comprehensive capstone project in clinical operations within a healthcare organization.
  • The program is currently offered in a live virtual and online format because of the pandemic.

Academic Eligibility:

  • Candidates must have the equivalent bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • GPA of 3.0/4.0 [B+ Grade].

Indian Student Eligibility:

  • The minimum requirements are an overall average of 60% in each year, as well as in all prerequisite subjects.
  • Subjects must include mathematics, chemistry, and physics in Class 11 and 12.
  • GPA of 3.0/4.0 [B Grade].

English Language proficiency:

  • Applicants from India, China, Vietnam, Philippines, and Pakistan should note that IELTS is the only proficiency score accepted by the Study Direct Stream (SDS) program.
  • Meeting the minimum English requirements does not guarantee admission. Students with higher English proficiency scores will receive priority in the admission assessment process.
  • Not all students will qualify for EAP-3106 in place of the required IELTS or TOEFL test scores.

Submission of GRE scores is compulsory for this program, however, it is recommended to submit a minimum 292 score for a better chance of admission.
