Bachelor of Science [B.S] Computer Science
Students can earn either a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science and prepare for careers that span the spectrum from information technology, health sciences and homeland security to business, law and entertainment.
GW’s computer science program offers options in computer security and information assurance, digital media, bioinformatics, biomedical computing and medical preparation.
They will study the fundamentals necessary to design and implement software for Internet operations, software systems, computer graphics and animation, games, and secure systems. They will learn applications in industry, medicine and national defense. They will also be ready for graduate study.
