Upon completion of the courses, students will take the Texas real estate license examination administered by The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

tudents graduating with a Real Estate degree will find many employment opportunities including mortgage banking and brokerage, real estate appraisal and real estate development. Other opportunities include real estate management/leasing or commercial/residential/industrial brokerage.

The Hankamer School of Business offers student exchange and study abroad programs that could be especially beneficial to the Real Estate major.
