Doctor of Philosophy [Ph.D] Computer Science
This degree program offers interested students opportunities to do their research abroad, under the supervision of faculty. The research strengths include data management and analysis, cybersecurity, computer games, visualization, web search, graphics, vision and image processing, and theoretical computer science. In order to obtain a Ph.D. degree, a student must complete a minimum of 75 credits of graduate work beyond the BSc degree, including at least 21 credits of dissertation.

Following are the requirements of the program:
- Admission to this program requires an MSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent with a GPA of 3.5 or better (on a 4.0 scale).
- GRE scores are required for all full-time PhD applicants.
- Applicants must take the English test such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, etc, and submit the results for consideration.
