Bachelor Molecular Biology and Biochemistry

The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology: Cell Biology is offered as a joint program between Rutgers University and the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) through the Federated Department of Biological Sciences. The B.A. major requires 38 credits of course work in biological sciences, plus cognate course credits in chemistry, physics, and mathematics. Courses are offered on the Rutgers and NJIT campuses.

Academic Eligibility:

  • SAT/ACT Scores (with writing) [not needed if graduated from high school two or more years before the dates the classes start at SEBS or if the applicant have finished secondary school and have received at least 12 college credits with final grades by the admissions application due date.]
