Program graduates will demonstrate the necessary knowledge, skills, identity and scholarship for a successful school counseling career. Developmental and relational processes, creativity, ethics, and diversity are emphasized and taught through relationships developed with students, area school districts, communities and other university programs. Graduates will apply the competencies acquired in the program to the diverse, multicultural populations they serve.
