- The leadership program will give the tools students need to lead well in whatever setting find themself. They will learn to communicate better, work effectively in team environments, manage conflict, motivate colleagues and lead authentically in ways that apply immediately to their work and life.
- TWU’s BA in Leadership will equip students with cutting-edge leadership tools to make a difference in their workplace, organization, club, and home. In the classroom, they will learn how to motivate colleagues, mobilize the workforce, manage conflict and more, as part of an engaging learning experience that they can immediately take into their everyday life.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students at least 23 years of age with a minimum of 2-3 years of workplace experience.
- Students with less than 30 semester credit hours or equivalent may be considered for provisional admission.
- Students need to have International Baccalaureate with at least two subjects at a higher level.
Language Requirments:
- Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission to this program.
International students who currently or will hold a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction, do not need to submit a TOEFL or IELTS score report.
