Academic Eligibility:

  • Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant non-engineering field such as architecture or business or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.
  • A minimum of two years of construction-related employment is preferred for applicants with bachelor’s degrees in fields other than architecture.
  • Prerequisite courses required of all students include courses in probability and statistics and engineering economics or financial analysis.

Indian Student Eligibility:

  • Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
  • Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
