Academic Eligibility:

- A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.
- A minimum of two years of construction-related employment is preferred for applicants with bachelor’s degrees in fields other than architecture.
- Prerequisite courses required of all students include courses in probability and statistics and engineering economics or financial analysis.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
