Master of Science [M.S] Speech-Language Pathology
Through small classes and a low faculty-student ratio, you will become part of a close-knit learning environment that allows faculty to learn more about you and your passions and skills. You?ll gain hands-on experience in our state-of-the-art?Speech, Hearing and Learning Services?(SHLS) center featuring digital recording equipment, 10 observable therapy rooms, and a pre-school literacy room.?
All students begin their clinical experience under close faculty supervision at SHLS before they move to off-site placements to develop their clinical skills. Students will have opportunities for interprofessional practice with our clinical audiologist at SHLS? audiology clinic and with early intervention professions through SHLS?s the?Infant Toddler Connection?of the Heartland, a program that provides support and services to infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.
