At the Kogod School of Business, we believe that business is a force for meaningful change. The master of science in analytics program fully supports this mission, giving students the skills they need to have the impact they want. Students are immersed in a rigorous business analytics curriculum, with functional specializations available in marketing, bio statistics and finance. Graduates are prepared to pursue careers as business intelligence analysts, financial analysts, accounting forensics specialists, business analytics consultants, and other in-demand positions.

The heart of the program is the capstone experience. Students partner with local organizations, like DC United and Earth Networks, to solve a company’s business challenges with analytics.  

Career Outcomes

In 2017, 100% of MS in analytics graduates reported a positive career outcome within three months of graduation, meaning they accepted a new position, were promoted, started a new company, or chose to continue their education.
