Master of Law [L.L.M]
The LLM program is designed for international students with a first degree in law. The program requires at least two semesters of full-time study in residence. In addition to the traditional LLM, degree options include an LLM with a Thesis, for students interested in academic legal writing, and a number of LLM Specializations, for students interested in a specific area of law. Students have to successfully complete at least 24 hours of course credit.

Academic Eligibility:
To gain admission to the LL.M. program at the law school, students must demonstrate a combination of academic achievement, professional accomplishment, and English language competency (although work experience is not required). Following are the education requirements:
- Hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school in the U.S.
- Hold a first degree in law or comparable from a university outside of the U.S.
- Prove that you are licensed to practice outside the U.S. (foreign applicants only).
Language Requirement:
- If English is not the first language, students must provide proof of language proficiency.
- Submission of IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE is required.
