Graduate Certificate [Grad.Cert] Human Resources Management
- Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management degree at the Cambrian College is offered a 1-year (3 semesters) program.
- This program is offered on both a full-time and part-time basis.
- This program curriculum is designed to boost students existing qualifications and to support students if intend to pursue their Certified Human Resources Professional designation.
- The program provides all nine necessary courses required to complete the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario's coursework requirement, the first step in obtaining the CHRP designation.
- Additional courses include mediation, practitioner seminars, and an eight-week placement in a professional human resources environment.
- Semester three will be an eight-week, unpaid work placement.
- Students may choose to complete this program in seven semesters while studying part-time.

Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants must be graduates of a diploma, advanced diploma, or degree from an Ontario College or equivalent.
- A minimum of 60% is required in each prerequisite course.
- Highly Recommended applicants:
- Computer competency in relevant software
- Some familiarity with basic accounting principles
Indian Student Eligibility:
- The students must have completed 10th and intermediate i.e 12th grade which has the minimum with 70% marks.
- Applicants must be graduates of a diploma, advanced diploma, or degree in an equivalent field.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
