The Human Resources specialization and Post-Baccalaureate Certificate program are of special interest to students employed in the area of human resources development or administration and are designed to address the HR body of knowledge(*see courses below)recommended by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)in order to prepare for the PHR and SPHR exams. The specialization or certificate is earned by completing the approved twenty-one credits in the curriculum.
