Diploma Culinary Management
- In this program, students are equipped with the necessary job ready skills for success as a culinary professional in all sectors of the food service industry. Students learn fundamental food knowledge and develop skills to work in the world’s best kitchens giving them exposure to chefs and industry leaders.
- Students focus on professionalism, culinary and business skills, safety and sanitation, nutrition, product knowledge, and identification. Opportunities exist for students to participate in entrepreneurial experiences and access pathways to future learning.
- Through a capstone activity, students hone knowledge and skills to showcase their culinary and professional leadership skills. This program provides the in the school portion of the cook apprenticeship program of the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must complete secondary or high school transcripts with proof of graduation, subjects are taken and grades received.
- Or, students have to complete the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with
- Grade 12 English (C or U)
- Grade 12 Mathematics (C or U)
- Mature students, non-secondary school applicants (19 years or older), and home school students may also be considered for admission.
- Students who have taken equivalent courses, upgrading, completed their GED, and equivalency testing also get admission to this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they have any one of the following certificates:
- All-India Senior School Certificate (AISSCE)
- Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)
- Indian School Certificate (ISC)
- Intermediate Examination Certificate
- Pre-University Examination Certificate
- Diploma / Degree certificate Mark sheets for each year of study.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
