The program provides a strong general foundation in both theoretical and methodological issues of Organizational Leadership, leading students to be able to take the knowledge and insights they have gained with them into a variety of settings.
  • The faculty and staff are highly dedicated and focused upon supporting students towards achieving successful outcomes. Classes are small and close knit, utilizing a cohort model where students engage in coursework with a group of peers. The program also utilizes a weekend-course model, enabling busy working professionals the opportunity to work towards a doctoral degree.

In sum, the ORLD program works to enable its students to develop expertise in the rapidly developing area of Organizational Leadership, and particularly to be able to engage in interesting, innovative, and cutting-edge research in the field.
