Bachelor of Science [B.S] Biology - Food Safety Concentration
Students in this program will receive a bachelor’s degree in the Biology Program while completing a wide variety of courses designed to foster the skills and knowledge necessary for entry into food safety fields, understand the ethical responsibilities of the food safety profession, gain the academic background for additional training and acceptance into graduate school and understand the needs of food retail businesses and government regulators.
