Bachelor of Science [B.S] Finance
Graduates seek careers as analysts or consultants. The bachelor’s degree in finance prepares students to take either the Chartered Financial Analyst Level 1 exam or all of the Certified Financial Planner exams. These certificates are important to those with careers in investment management or personal financial planning. A double major is offered in conjunction with the economics degree program to students interested in a more analytical career.
Jindal School students are encouraged to procure and complete an internship as a requirement for their major. The Jindal School’s fully staffed Career Management Center (CMC), working in tandem with the University’s Career Center, helps students prepare for and seek internships, as well as post-graduation employment.
