The program is designed to address the critical need for professionals with relevant expertise in facilities management. It provides broad coverage of topics related to facilities management while providing in-depth coverage of elective topics of the students choosing. Students will take a number of core program courses that provide an in-depth understanding of the role of facilities engineer and facilities manager. A capstone project will be required of all students which will serve to combine the material learned and provide a cumulative educational experience within a semester long project.
