Doctor of Philosophy [Ph.D] Statistics
- Doctor of Philosophy in Statistics at the University of California Los Angeles is a 5 years (15 quarters) program.

- Students are expected to complete the PhD degree within 6 quarters of full-time work. Completion of all degree requirements normally takes 15 quarters.
- Students are advanced to candidacy and awarded the Candidate in Philosophy (C.Phil.) degree upon successful completion of the written and oral qualifying examinations.
- The UCLA departments organize many different types of seminars related to the Statistics program for the enrollment of the students to increase their skills.
