In this rigorous but rewarding combined program, you will learn customized education methods for elementary success along with specific instructional strategies for special education. Student teaching within this combined program consists of two eight-week placements: one in a regular elementary education setting (K-6) and one in a secondary special education setting (7-12). All so you can discover your true passions, learn how to modify your teaching styles for different students, cultures and environments, and be prepared to effectively teach every student.
