  • The Child Life & Family-Centered Care program is designed to educate students for entry-level positions as child life specialists and to prepare them to sit for the Association of Child Life Professionals certification examination.Students will:
  • Demonstrate the ability to assess needs of children undergoing medical treatments and provide psychological preparation for stressful events.
  • Implement child life services using evidence-based practice.

Academic Eligibility: 

  • Applicants to master’s degree and graduate certificate programs must have earned a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution (or the international equivalent) prior to enrollment.
  • Students required an average grade of 3.0. (83 to 86% or B grade)

Language Requirments:

  • Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS or TOEFL scores. 

Indian Student Eligibility:

  • Students required a Higher Secondary Certificate/ISC (State board exams may also be considered for admission) and a four-year bachelor’s degree.
