Graduate Certificate Hospitality Management
- The Graduate Certificate in Hospitality Management is a 2-year program at Lambton College.
- Students will have the opportunity to apply to the Co-operative Education Program.
- Students develop the highly in-demand skills of leadership, cultural intelligence, and a managerial approach to business operations in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world.
- The students learn the main topics of the program including:

- The student will be capable of the following skills by the end of the term include:
- Ensure positive customer experiences by providing service in a professional manner, both individually and as part of a team
- Employ effective interpersonal skills in dealing with customers and colleagues
- Apply cultural intelligence to the provision of service to guests and interactions with colleagues
- Apply computer skills that support hospitality and tourism functions
- Prepare billing and invoices, point of sales reports, cash reports, revenue reports and reconcile cash and receipts

Work Experience Eligibility:
- An acceptable combination of related work experience and post-secondary education as judged by the College to be equivalent at the college level.
English Language proficiency:
- Applicants from India, China, Vietnam, Philippines, and Pakistan should note that IELTS/TOEFL the only proficiency score accepted by the Study Direct Stream (SDS) program.
- Meeting the minimum English requirements does not guarantee admission. Students with higher English proficiency scores will receive priority in the admission assessment process.
