Doctor of Philosophy [Ph.D] Biomedical Engineering

Academic Eligibility:

  • Students have to complete the Master’s degree in the physical sciences, biological sciences, or engineering from the recognized institution.
  • Students who have completed a Master of Applied Science degree should also get admission.
  • Additional courses may be required at the discretion of the School and depending on the nature of the research work to be undertaken.
  • A minimum GPA of at least 3.7/4.33 (A- grade) in the last 60 credit hours of study is required to be eligible for the program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they have completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Submission of GRE scores is compulsory for this program, so, it is recommended to submit the scores (minimum 300) to get admission in this program.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
