  • Students must hold a baccalaureate degree or its equivalent from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • A cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 for the entire undergraduate career.
  • If a student's degree is a 3-year bachelor’s degree from India, Canada, Australia, Sri Lanka, or certain other countries, the University of Connecticut will not consider the degree to be equivalent to a 4 year US bachelor’s degree.

Indian Eligibility:

  • Students are required to submit a 4-year undergraduate degree with 70% or above from the recognized university or college.
  • If a student's degree is a 3-year bachelor’s degree, the University of Connecticut will not consider the degree to be equivalent to a 4 year US bachelor’s degree.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
