Course description
Current trends in elementary school are moving their focus to STEM and mathematics instruction to meet the needs of the 21st century learners while continuing to ensure that learners have a strong foundation in literacy. Elementary teachers have the option of taking one or two of the tracks below.
?STEM Track
- Elementary Math Track, which focuses on differentiating mathematics instruction
- Generalist Track, which includes literacy and mathematics
The M.S. Elementary Education program allow students to specialize in one area while also taking courses in and outside the department.?
