Bachelor of Arts [B.A] Organizational and Community Leadership
Leadership is a team effort that requires you to understand other people and yourself, so our students gain deep insights into their own personalities, desires, traits and strengths. Classes are small and interactive to provide students ample hands-on opportunities to build skills and practice leadership strategies.
Through partnerships with private, nonprofit and public organizations, students work side-by-side with professionals and community leaders to design and implement change strategies for organizational improvements. Faculty are dedicated to our students’ academic growth and their personal development, and are committed to providing effective academic advisement services.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have an official secondary school transcript to get admission.
- Students required to maintain at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
Language Requirments:
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS or TOEFL scores.
- Students are required to submit an SAT or ACT score to be considered for admission.
International students who currently or will hold a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction, do not need to submit a TOEFL or IELTS score report.
