Master of Science [M.S] Construction and Facilities Management
- The Master of Science in Construction and Facilities Management program is a 30 credit-hour program that includes a 9 credit hour core and a capstone experience, which may consist of a 6 credit hour graduate research thesis.
- The program is in an approved STEM field that allows international graduates to apply for OPT extension.
- Construction Engineering is a program that prepares individuals to manage, coordinate and supervise the construction process from concept development through project completion on a timely and economic basis.
- Such programs include instruction in commercial, residential, mechanical, highway/heavy civil, electrical, environmental, industrial, and specialty construction; facilities management; project planning; budgeting and cost control; logistics and materials management; personnel management and labor relations; site safety; construction contracting; construction processes and techniques; organization and scheduling; and applicable codes and regulations.

Academic Eligibility;
- Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent degreeconstruction management, facility management, engineering technology, engineering, architecture or a closely related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required on a 4.0 scale to be eligible for the program.
Indian Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
