Bachelor of Arts [B.A] Anthropology

The Anthropology major results in broad holistic understanding of humans and the human condition, both past and present. Students study all subfields of Anthropology: Archaeology, Cultural Anthropology, Linguistics, and Physical Anthropology. Students with sufficient course background may participate in ongoing archaeological excavations in Central America, South America and the Caribbean. This degree program may be completed online, although not all elective options or program prerequisites may be offered online. Newly admitted students choosing to complete this program exclusively via UCF online classes may enroll with a reduction in campus-based fees.
