Certificate Mechanical Techniques - Industrial Maintenance

- This course provides students with a solid foundation in mechanical skills and the hands-on aspects of the trade, including such things as blueprint reading, operating hoisting and lifting devices, and installing and troubleshooting various systems.
- As a graduate of this program, students will also gain practical skills in the use of shop equipment and precision-measuring instruments to support the production and repair of components in a mechanical environment.
- Students may also pursue further education or apprenticeship training.

Academic Eligibility:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma with:
- Grade 12 English (C) ENG4C
- Grade 12 Foundations for College Math (C) MAP4C, or equivalent,
- mature student status
Others:
- Students must be 19 years or older before the beginning of classes.
- Students who are graduated from Ontario Secondary Schools and who have obtained their diploma (OSSD) or certificate (OSSC) may be considered for admission on an individual basis for some programs delivered at the College.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- The students must have completed 10th and intermediate i.e 12th grade which has the minimum with 60% marks.
- The minimum qualification required to attend this program is a higher secondary school certificate.
- Copies of original documents should be attested as true copies by the educational institution.
