The Department of at Florida State University is supported by a rich array of resources, including classrooms, seminar rooms and a teaching lab fully equipped for multimedia presentations and a media center under the direction of a full-time curator. The media center houses a comprehensive collection of digital resources, including a database of more than 45,000 images. Additionally, the School of Art and Design Library includes over 6,500 art-related books. The University library holdings are extensive and include a rare book and facsimile collection. The library supports many electronic resources and an excellent interlibrary loan division. The resources of the Ringling Museum Library are also available.
