Biology deals with the evolution, structure, function, and interaction of living organisms at the molecular, cellular, organismal, population and ecosystem levels. The Department of Biology flourishes in ecology and evolution, cell and molecular biology and organismal physiology. Students can specialize in any of these areas or take a general program.
