Molecular biology at Stetson University focuses on the interface between biology and chemistry, looking at problems from a cellular and molecular perspective, in particular, the role of evolution on the changes observed among organisms. A mandatory senior research project and senior seminar give students opportunities to develop critical thinking, laboratory skills and communication skills valuable to future careers in research and other health-related fields.
