Management is about how to get things done with people and teams to reach organizational goals. Management students learn important analytical, communication and influence skills to motivate others.?

Students may choose a specific track or general studies of management. Management of Structure and Systems and Management of People and Teams are the tracks available with prescribed electives. Students begin to specialize in their junior year.

In order to provide a solid foundation for future success, students learn the fundamentals of business with required courses in economics, accounting, statistics, management, marketing and policy. General electives and electives within the department allow each student to customize his/her management degree.
